GenuTrain S Hinged Knee Brace
FUNCTIONAL USE
The GenuTrain S Hinged Knee Brace is suitable for the active management and treatment of moderate knee disorders:
- Collateral and cruciate ligament disorders
- Knee instability
- Meniscopathy
- Tricompartmental osteoarthritis
Suitable Context of Use
- Distal tendinosis of the quadriceps
- Post-operative stabilisation (eg; following ACL reconstruction or knee arthroplasty)
- Prevention of further degeneration
- Prolonging of surgical intervention
- Return to activity and performance
- Performance support and stabilisation following the Cross Brace Protocol

GenuTrain S Pro Hinged Knee Brace
INDICATIONS
- Joint instability (mild to moderate)
- Osteoarthritis of the knee
- Arthritis (e. g. rheumatoid arthritis)
- Meniscus injuries
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Flexion and extension of the knee joint can be limited independently of one another
- The anatomically contoured joint splints are thermo-formable and can be adapted to the individual anatomy
(flexion: 30°, 60°, 90°)
(extension: 20°)

SecuTec Genu Knee Brace
INDICATIONS
- Rupture of the anterior and / or posterior cruciate ligament (ACL / PCL)
- After ligament surgery / ligament reconstruction
- Severe and / or complex instability (traumatic, degenerative; e. g. "unhappy triad”)
- Collateral ligament injuries
- To restrict the knee joint‘s range of motion (e. g. after meniscus refixation or meniscal implantation)
- Patellar fracture (non-surgical and post-operative)
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Flexion and extension can be limited independently of one another:
- The whole joint can be immobilised in steps of 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°
Flexion: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°,90°
Extension: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 45°

INDICATIONS
- Medial or lateral osteoarthritis of the knee
- Instability (mediolateral)
- Unicompartmental cartilage bone lesion
- Condition after cartilage surgery and cartilage growth for necessary unilateral post- operative relief
- Following unilateral meniscal lesions
- Ahlbäck‘s disease (osteonecrosis)
- Osteochondrosis dissecans
- Bone bruising (bone marrow edema of the medial femoral condyle / tibial plateau)
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Tool-free reshaping of the joint splint for individual fitting to the patient‘s leg
- Easy handling of the Boa Fit System:
- Open the dial to relax the bands and to put on or take off the orthosis
- Close the dial and turn it to regulate pain relief

SofTec Genu Knee Support
INDICATIONS
- Rupture of the anterior and / or posterior cruciate ligament (ACL / PCL) for non-surgical treatment, pre-operative and delayed post-operative treatment, long-term rehabilitation and in cases of chronic insufficiencies
- Severe and / or complex instability (traumatic, degenerative; e. g. “unhappy triad”)
- Collateral ligament injuries
- Functional instabilities, e. g. lack of neuromuscular control, non-copers
- To restrict the range of motion (e. g. after meniscus refixation or meniscal implantation)
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- The hinges permit restriction of extension and flexion in 10° intervals

SofTec OA Knee Support
INDICATIONS
- Medial or lateral knee osteoarthritis / arthritis (moderate to severe)
- Condition after cartilage transplant
- After meniscus refixation
- Ruptured anterior / posterior cruciate ligament (ACL / PCL) with leg axis misalignment
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Individual fitting of the distal frame for varus or valgus adjustment (25° each) with 3 mm Allen key
- Flexion and extension can be limited independently of one another
- Limiting hinge elements for restricting mobility or immobilisation (to be ordered separately)
